Purchasing & Licensing FAQ

Can I use my existing license after switching to a different device or operating system?

Great news! You can easily transfer your existing license in this situation. No need to purchase a new one. You’re free to transfer your license as many times as needed during the license period. Our admin panel lets you do this yourself – just uninstall the agent from the old computer and remove it from your web panel (PRO version). It’s that simple!

Can I monitor more than one user in Windows on a single computer?

Yes! You can monitor multiple system users in Windows on one computer. For example, if you have three users on a single physical machine, a single-device license is sufficient to cover all of them.

Verschillen de items in het winkelwagentje op een andere manier dan het maximum aantal apparaten waarop ik de software kan installeren?

No, all versions for 1, 5, and 10 devices for PRO (or 1,3 for regular) have the same capabilities. There is one small exception: the PRO version offers an additional data retention parameter for 1 year versions, allowing you to select on purchase page a value higher than the standard one month option.

Wat betekent de parameter: "Bewaartermijn van de gegevens" op de winkelpagina betekent voor PRO 1 jaar versie?

De parameter in "Retentie" die u ziet in de winkel voor Keyturion PRO is de parameter die bepaalt hoe lang uw ingelogde gegevens op de server worden bewaard.

Als je bijvoorbeeld een licentie voor 1 jaar koopt, met een bewaarperiode van 3 maanden, betekent dit dat je licentie en account een heel jaar geldig zijn, maar dat de gegevens maximaal 3 maanden worden bewaard en dat gegevens die ouder zijn dan de bewaarperiode automatisch worden verwijderd.
Gezien het bovenstaande voorbeeld heb je na 4 maanden gebruik toegang tot gegevens van de laatste 90 dagen (de eerste oudste maand wordt automatisch verwijderd)
