End to end encryption monitoring software

Full End-to-End (E2EE) Encryption in Employee Surveillance Software

15.06.2026. We are introducing a new privacy standard in employee monitoring: the world’s first employee monitoring software, offering true end-to-end encryption for screenshots. Screenshots are encrypted directly on the user’s device, before they are uploaded to the server, and are decrypted only locally – in the browser memory of a user who possesses the correct encryption key.

This is not just standard cloud encryption or a security claim based on internal procedures. It is genuine end-to-end encryption, where the service provider, infrastructure administrator, cloud provider, company owner, or any third party has no technical ability to view the contents of the screenshots.

Every screenshot is protected with a strong encryption algorithm that is also resistant to future threats posed by quantum computers. Data leaves the device already encrypted and remains unreadable until it is decrypted by an authorized user.

The solution follows the Zero Trust philosophy – it does not require trust in any part of the infrastructure. Privacy does not rely solely on permissions, access policies, or server-side security, but on actual client-side encryption.

This is an optional, additional layer of protection that you can enable yourself. Simply enter an encryption passphrase in the agent, and from that point onward, all newly captured screenshots will be encrypted and visible only to users who possess the correct key.

The system remains fully compatible with the existing workflow while providing a significantly higher level of security and control over sensitive data.

How do you use it? You need to install agent version 9.5 or later and define your encryption passphrase in the Web Server tab. If you have any technical questions about how it works, please contact us.
